Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA)/MDR

Conveyco offers Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) Conveyors in various length modules. This type of conveyor is driven by a Motorized Driven Roller (MDR). These MDR's have a 24volt DC motor inside a 50mm diameter pipe.

This modular design makes designing and building a Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) Conveyor systems faster and easier than conventional conveyor system. Motorized Drive Roller (MDR) Conveyor systems are also easier to change and expand as your business needs change.

The ZPA conveyors are controlled by a control card which incorporates the

connection for the photocell and the software which control a string of MDR's.

We use our standard Aluminium extruded side frame for the frame of the conveyor and mild steel electro-galvanized rollers.

These conveyors are cost effective and energy efficient. They are easy to assemble and to maintain. The conveyors are driven by 24 volt motorized driven SENERGY drives and controlled by plug & play ConveyLinx control cards.

These zones will only run when a box is present, making the 24V drives around 70% more energy efficient than the conventional AC motor. Each drive controls a zone within the conveyor system allowing for dynamic zoning and zero pressure accumulation

Conveyco has the sole distributorship for the "Pulse Roller" range of MDR's manufactured by Kyowa of Japan and the "Conveylinx" zero pressure accumulation MDR control cards manufactured by Insight Automation in the United States of America.
